Supplements: What I Take

A lot of folks want to know more about the story behind my transformation. A large part of my success comes from the nutritional supplements I have been taking since September 2013. Penny Muckleroy, my friend and Health Coach, started me off with what she called the Essential Pack which are the building block supplements for our bodies. Because of my active lifestyle of cycling and the occasional adventure competitive sporting events (duathlons, tours, adventure triathlons) she partnered the essentials with Procosa which is formulated for join health. Of course, join health is good for everyone and not just the weekend warrior types.
